The video package is our mid-range package—It is faster than the Form Package and allows for more in depth learning. Additionally, you only pay one time for full access to documents for PLLCs, LLCs, and Series LLCs, so you can form as many of those that you want during your subscription period. It is also faster than the Concierge Service, but significantly less expensive because you are not sitting down one on one with an attorney.
Included and available for download inside the My Business Video Suite Package are the following documents: Operating Agreement, Buy-Sell Agreement, Draft Corporate Resolution, Draft Meeting Notices, Draft Meeting Minutes, and a general memorandum on some important things to remember.
