Texas PLLC $1,200

Does Not Include State Filing Fee (Texas: $300)
  • Custom Tailored PLLC Operating Agreement drafted by your attorney
  • All filings for your PLLC filed with the Secretary of State
  • Filing your PLLC with the Texas Secretary of State, including the Professional Certificate of Formation and any DBA’s or “Assumed Names” for your PLLC
